    This online educational activity examines the evolving role of TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in the frontline management of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Through expert-led reviews and case-based discussions, the activity compares pivotal clinical trial data for emerging ADCs, with a focus on patients who are not candidates for immunotherapy. Faculty discuss how efficacy, safety profiles, dosing considerations, and patient-specific factors influence treatment selection and sequencing. Practical guidance on adverse event monitoring and mitigation supports personalized and evidence-based care. The activity also explores future directions for TROP2-directed ADCs in both metastatic and early-stage TNBC settings.

    • Differentiate TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for first-line treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) using evidence from current and emerging pivotal clinical trials
    • Select a first-line treatment strategy for patients with metastatic TNBC who are ineligible for immune checkpoint inhibitors
